Malaysia is among the top most important palm oil producers in the world. The country is experiencing a robust development in new oil palm plantations and palm oil mills. This commodity plays a significant role in the Malaysia economic growth. As this industry becomes bigger and wider, a substantial amount of oil palm wastes are generated. 

Therefore, the wastes known as Empty Fruit Bunch (EFB) or coconut husk are collected and then processed into  value-added goods better known as Dried Long Fibre (Palm Fibre & Coconut Fibre). Dried Long Fibre are most recognized as a low cost substitute for coconut fibre/coconut coir products. While Cocopeat are produce by process of extracting the coconut long fibre from Coconut Husk/ Coir which is an excellent growing medium for hydroponic production, potting mix, soil mixes.

Dried Long Fibre plant is a green technology to recycle waste (Empty Fruit Bunch/ Coconut Husk) into raw material for green industry e.g. mattress, cushion, erosion control, medium density fibreboard, growing media, soil/potting mix and etc. The short fibre produced from the Dried Long Fibre production would be used as burning fuel for our in-house boilers, to create a zero waste production plant.
